Self Defence Classes

Our instructors experience ranges from working on night club doors to international body guarding to working as a an advisor on personal intervention to three UK police forces.

What will I need to attend?

Loose comfortable clothing (track suit, T-shirt, sweat shirt etc.) A notepad and pen and you're all set.

  • 4 hour course - 1 day
  • 8 hour course - 2 day
  • 12 hour course - 3 days

  • Recognition of imminent attack
  • Prevention
  • Talking your way out
  • Key skills of disengagement and breakaways
